Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Finance and Admin Officer to oversee the company’s financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will manage accounting tasks, office administration, and support daily business activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports
• Manage office administration and filing systems
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers
• Handle employee records, attendance, and basic HR support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience in finance and administration roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in VAT filing and financial reporting
• Knowledge of office management procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
