Job Summary
The Mocktail Specialist is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality non-alcoholic beverages with exceptional presentation and consistency. The role requires creativity, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to maintain excellent beverage standards while ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, specialty beverages, and signature drinks.
• Develop innovative mocktail recipes and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Recommend beverages to guests based on their preferences and menu selections.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the beverage station/bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels of fruits, syrups, garnishes, and beverage supplies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle beverage preparation efficiently during peak service hours.
• Support promotional activities, special events, and menu tastings.
• Train and guide junior staff on beverage preparation techniques and service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beverage preparation or hospitality service.
• Strong knowledge of mocktails, flavor profiles, garnishing, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
