We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain sales records and update reports
- Assist in handling customer concerns and after-sales support
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Perform general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administration is an advantage
