🚀 URGENT HIRING – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
📍 Location: Kuwait
🏢 About the Company
We are a well-established and growing company in Kuwait seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
✅ Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
✅ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes
✅ Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and month-end closing activities
✅ Prepare VAT and other statutory reports as required
✅ Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
✅ Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
✅ Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls
✅ Supervise and support junior accounting staff
Requirements
✔ Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, Trading, or Distribution companies
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) will be an advantage
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
✔ Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Employment Details
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience – preferred Indians ( Telugu )
🕒 Full-Time Position
📍 Applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait
