🚀 URGENT HIRING – E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL ADVERTISING / MARKETING EXECUTIVE-MANAGER
📍 Location: Kuwait

🏢 About the Company

We are a well-established and growing company in Kuwait specializing in FMCG and Household Goods (LHH). We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Advertising / Marketing Executive-Manager to lead our online sales growth, digital marketing initiatives, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and grow sales across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
✅ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales
✅ Manage website content, product listings, pricing, and promotions
✅ Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✅ Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to execute marketing campaigns
✅ Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media activities
✅ Track KPIs, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
✅ Identify new growth opportunities and recommend marketing improvements

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Advertising
✔ Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
✔ Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations
✔ Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Household Goods industries preferred
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
