Location: Kuwait – Real Estate Projects (House - Homz Mall), Dajeej South Farwaniya

Job Description:
We are looking for a Mandoob to handle all government-related procedures and official transactions for our company. The candidate will be responsible for processing and following up on various government applications and ensuring all official paperwork is completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Handle residency renewals and Civil ID procedures.
Process and follow up on visa applications.
Manage license renewals and other government-related transactions.
Visit ministries and government offices to complete official procedures.
Follow up on approvals and government requirements.
Maintain and organize records and documentation related to transactions.

Requirements:

Indian nationality only.
Must be able to speak and read both Arabic and English (mandatory).
Good knowledge of computer applications and online government systems.
Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
Having a personal car is preferred.
Previous experience as a Mandoob and handling government transactions in Kuwait.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
