Join our growing team! We are looking for experienced professionals for the following positions:

### 1. Business Development Engineer (MEP)

**Experience Required:** 3–5 Years

**Key Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in business development within the Electrical, MEP, ELV, or Infrastructure industry.
* Strong knowledge of Electrical, Low Voltage (ELV), MEP, and Infrastructure projects.
* Experience in sales, client relationship management, technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
* Strong network with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and private sector clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Generate project enquiries and follow up until project award.
* Prepare business development plans and achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with engineering and tendering teams for proposal preparation.
* Monitor market trends and identify upcoming project opportunities.

### 2. Electrical Engineer

**Experience Required:** 3–10 Years

**Key Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, earthing, and electrical installations.
* Experience in design, execution, testing, and commissioning.
* Ability to prepare shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
* Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and review electrical designs and technical documentation.
* Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
* Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
* Support project execution and timely completion.

### 3. Low Voltage (ELV) Engineer – CCTV, Telecom, ACS, PAS & Security Systems

**Experience Required:** 3–10 Years

**Key Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address Systems (PAS), Structured Cabling, Telecom, SMATV, Intrusion Alarm, and other ELV systems.
* Experience in design, estimation, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
* Ability to prepare technical submittals, BOQs, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, engineer, and execute ELV and security system projects.
* Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and material submittals.
* Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration.
* Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

### 4. Tendering Engineer – MEW, US Army, KOC, KNPC & Government Projects

**Experience Required:** 3–10 Years

**Key Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in tender preparation for MEW, US Army, KOC, KNPC, Kuwait Municipality, and other government projects.
* Strong knowledge of tender documentation, technical specifications, commercial evaluation, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
* Experience with e-tendering portals and procurement procedures.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements.
* Prepare complete technical and commercial bids.
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
* Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and pricing analysis.
* Ensure timely submission of tender documents and support post-tender negotiations.
