Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Act as the link between clinical teams and the IT department to understand user needs and improve EMR workflows.
 Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of EMR functions and clinical workflows.
 Analyze healthcare data and processes to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
 Train and support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff in using the EMR system effectively.
 Monitor EMR usage, data quality, and user adoption to ensure accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
 Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and workflow improvements based on best practices.
 Collaborate with clinical, Health Information Management (HIM), and IT teams to deliver reliable health information solutions.
 Ensure compliance with quality, patient safety, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, a Medical or Healthcare-related field.
 2-3 years of experience in health informatics or a healthcare environment.
 Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare information systems.
 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 Highly proficient in computer applications with a strong interest in healthcare technology.
 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficient in written and spoken English.
