Description

The role involves handling and maintaining advanced machinery including Sorema crushing washing lines, Erema extrusion systems, KONTI/PAAL balers, shredders, crushers, KBM, Hikon systems, conveyors, and ETP plant equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
• Handling PLC, HMI, VFDs, motors, drives, and control panels
• Ensuring efficient operation of recycling lines (washing, shredding, extrusion, baling)
• Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Supporting installation and commissioning of plant machinery
• Maintaining ETP and utility systems
• Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Electromechanical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in recycling plants, plastic processing, or heavy industrial manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills in integrated electromechanical systems
• Experience with advanced recycling machinery will be an added advantage
