Job Advertisement: HSE Officer – Construction Company
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law, ministry protocols, and international safety standards.
• Investigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Train site staff and subcontractors on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Maintain documentation for permits, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to promote a strong safety culture.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
• Preferred: KOC and KNPC approval/certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHA standards, and Kuwait regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance on-site.
