Position: Administrator for Odoo Purchasing Module

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator with strong expertise in the Purchasing module of Odoo ERP to join our team in Shuwaikh.

Key Requirements:
Candidate must be Sunni Muslim
Candidate must be Male
He must have Article 18 Transferable Visa
Candidates age must be around 21-35
He must have experience in using ODOO especially in Purchasing Module.

Proven hands-on experience managing the Purchasing module in Odoo (RFQs, purchase orders, vendor management, procurement workflows)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
Ability to work independently and manage procurement documentation accurately

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain purchase orders and requisitions within Odoo
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on procurement needs
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping in the system
Support day-to-day administrative purchasing operations
Being Able to send email and do supplier analysis.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
