SCADA Engineer - Wellhead Monitoring & Data Quality

📍 Location: Kuwait
💰 Salary: 600 - 750 KWD


About the Role

We are seeking experienced SCADA Engineers to join our team and support the expansion of a large-scale Wellhead Monitoring Platform across oilfield operations in Kuwait. This role combines expertise in field instrumentation, SCADA/telemetry systems, and data integrity to ensure that critical well and artificial lift data is accurate, reliable, and readily available for production optimization and asset reliability decision-making.

The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining high-quality operational data from wells and artificial lift systems, including ESP, SRP, PCP, and Gas Lift applications.



Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end data quality activities, including:
Tag mapping and configuration
Signal validation
Deadband and scaling verification
Alarm rationalization
Root cause analysis of missing, delayed, or inaccurate data
Monitor and troubleshoot communication networks connecting field devices and SCADA systems, including:
Radio
Cellular
Fiber Optic
Satellite Communications
Technical Skills

Strong experience with at least one major SCADA platform such as:
Ignition
Wonderware / AVEVA
GE iFIX
WellPilot
ThingWorx
Or equivalent systems
Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on SCADA experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven experience in wellhead monitoring and/or artificial lift monitoring systems.


Mandatory Requirements



✅ Candidate must currently be residing in Kuwait.

✅ Educational certificates and degree must be fully attested by both Indian and Kuwaiti authorities. This is a mandatory requirement, and applications without complete attestation will not be considered.

✅ Candidate should have strong background in software/Coding as well.

✅ Candidate must be bilingual Arabic/English speaking both.

Salary: 600 - 750 KWD per month
