Seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Tendering Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial quotations for RFQs and tenders

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, technical documents, and compliance sheets

• Prepare and organize tender documentation and bid submissions

• Ensure timely submission of bids according to tender requirements

Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Kuwait in sales coordination or tendering
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial supply companies
• Familiarity with KOC / KNPC / MEW tendering procedures is an advantage

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and documentation management

• Good communication and coordination abilities
