Description

Responsible for inspecting, repairing, balancing, replacing, and maintaining tyres for fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, loaders, forklifts, and compressors to ensure safe operating conditions.

🎯 Key Requirements:

✅ Education: High School Diploma minimum (ITI Technical Trade Certificate preferred)

✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a Heavy Equipment workshop as a Tyreman

✅ Skills Required:

• Tyre replacement, balancing, rotating, vulcanization, and patch repairs

• Hands-on experience with hydraulic jacks, lug wrenches, power tools, and balancing machines

• Ability to measure/record tread depths and maintain accurate repair logs

✅ Computer & Language: Good English communication skills & basic computer knowledge

✅ Physical & Schedule: Physically fit (heavy lifting required), flexible for night shifts, emergency call-outs, and breakdown responses

✅ Safety: Strict adherence to company HSE rules and PPE requirements

⚠️ Important: Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait on an Article 18 (Ahli / Transferable Visa) and be ready to join immediately.
