πŸ“‹ Role Overview:

Responsible for denting, surface preparation, color mixing, and painting all types of vehicles and fleet equipment to maintain company standards and prepare vehicles for MOI (Ministry of Interior) inspections.

🎯 Key Requirements:

βœ… Education: High School Diploma minimum (ITI Technical Trade Certificate preferred)

βœ… Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Painter

βœ… Skills Required:

• Dent filling, surface sanding, rust/grease removal, and masking

• Paint mixing to exact color codes, primer application, and spray gun operation

• Applying rust-resistant undercoats, lettering/decals, and retouches

• Knowledge of hazardous waste disposal and MSDS safety standards

βœ… Communication: Good English communication skills (reading & writing)

βœ… Physical & Schedule: Good eyesight, color perception, and hand dexterity; physically fit (lifting up to 50 kg, climbing, stooping, crouching); flexible for night shifts, week-offs, and holidays as needed

⚠️ Important: Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait on an Article 18 (Ahli / Transferable Visa) and be ready to join immediately.
