Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
•Supervise drivers, delivery teams, and field staff.
•Monitor daily delivery performance and operational targets.
•Coordinate with customers, restaurants, and clients.
•Manage attendance, schedules, and staff performance.
•Monitor fleet and vehicle availability.
•Handle operational issues and resolve problems quickly.
•Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
•Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
•Coordinate with HR, Operations, Fleet, and Accounts departments.
•Support branch performance and customer service improvement.
•Use Odoo or other ERP systems for operational updates and reporting.
Requirements:
•Minimum 6-8 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet, or branch operations.
•Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
•Good knowledge of delivery operations and driver management.
•Good communication and problem-solving skills.
•English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
•Good computer and MS Office skills.
•Experience with Odoo/ERP systems is preferred.
•Must be able to work under pressure and manage a team.
Education Requirements – Assistant Branch Manager
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
