Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
• Supervise drivers, delivery teams, and field staff.
• Monitor daily delivery performance and operational targets.
• Coordinate with customers, restaurants, and clients.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and staff performance.
• Monitor fleet and vehicle availability.
• Handle operational issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Fleet, and Accounts departments.
• Support branch performance and customer service improvement.
• Use Odoo or other ERP systems for operational updates and reporting.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet, or branch operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of delivery operations and driver management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good computer and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Odoo/ERP systems is preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage a team.
Education Requirements – Assistant Branch Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
