Description

The Restaurant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted, safe, and efficient operation of all restaurant equipment, kitchen machinery, and physical infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on, proactive troubleshooter who can perform preventive maintenance, execute rapid emergency repairs, and maintain a safe, code-compliant dining and kitchen environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Equipment & Machinery Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and servicing on all heavy commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., commercial ovens, fryers, griddles, walk-in coolers, freezers, dishwashers, and ice makers). Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues rapidly to minimize restaurant downtime during peak service hours.
Maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors or manufacturers for specialized warranty repairs."""
