**The Impact You'll Make**
1)Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2)Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
3)Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN problems.
4)Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems like Microsoft 365.

**What You'll Bring**
1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
