Description

A stationery, art supplies and crafts retailer is looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and recommend suitable products.

Learn the product range and explain product features.

Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system.

Receive deliveries against purchase orders (POs), verify items and quantities, and report discrepancies.

Arrange displays, replenish shelves and maintain store cleanliness.

Assist with stock counts and work towards sales targets.

Requirements

Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Interest in stationery, art supplies or crafts.

Reliable, organized and able to work with a team.

Available to work retail shifts, including weekends.
