📦 **WE’RE HIRING – WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (ODOO EXPERT)**

A growing e-commerce company in Shuwaikh is looking for an organized and experienced Warehouse Specialist with strong expertise in Odoo to join its dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage warehouse operations using the Odoo ERP system (inventory management, stock tracking, and transfers).
* Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory, merchandise, and shipments accurately within the system.
* Pick, pack, and process online e-commerce orders efficiently for daily dispatch.
* Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies via Odoo.
* Organize warehouse layout, maintain a clean and safe storage environment, and ensure proper labeling.
* Coordinate with delivery partners and drivers to ensure smooth shipping operations.
* Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged items according to company procedures.

Requirements:

* Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
* Extensive hands-on experience using Odoo for inventory and warehouse management.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory items safely.
* Valid Visa 18 (Ahli / Transferable).
* Available to join immediately.
