Description

a. Configuration and Commissioning for Microwave Huawei product, including software parameter configuration. In addition, work on site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance, knowledge of Microwave IDU/ODU sites equipment.

b. Operation and Maintenance Microwave products, including Common-band/E-band/SDB/LH links, alarm monitor troubleshooting, OptiX RTN software upgrade,

c. Remote and onsite technical support for customer support Microwave equipment,

d. Design Microwave link budget, knowledge how to use iRiver tool and WebLCT.

e. Provides customers with voice/data network technical support including problem escalation resolution and takes responsibility for customer satisfaction with equipment and service.

f. Deliver Microwave Products, including site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance
