A Leading firm specializing in the area of investing & operating projects within the Oil & Gas sector is seeking dynamic employees to join our team.
Shift Supervisor - Job 4
• Chemical Engineer; or a graduate of Chemical Engineering course.
• Minimum 3 years of comparable experience from a reputable company; preferably from a synthetic resin manufacturing company.
• Optimize productivity by effectively supervising operations.
• Reduce wastage of raw materials by correct handling.
• Prepare effective scheduling ensuring reduction in downtime of production equipment.
• Run production and related activities based on approved standards.
Shift Chemists - Job 5
• Bachelor or higher degree in Coatings Technology or Chemistry, Polymer Engineering.
• Minimum 7 to 12 years of proven track record in:
o Developing new resins for major industrial clients.
o Managing the functioning of a resin R&D unit.
o Providing adequate customer service & technical support.
• Analysis of batch samples to monitor conformity to critical batch parameters.
• Conduct adjustment of properties to final specifications
• Proven ability to develop new technologies from the idea phase to successful commercialization.
• Develop new and current products to meet customer needs
• High degree of accuracy of laboratory testing.
