Job Scope:

Al-Zour Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team. This role involves handling the company’s legal matters, ensuring all operations follow Kuwaiti laws and providing legal advice to the management. Lawyer will review and draft contracts, represent the company in legal cases and ensure we avoid legal risks.

Key Responsibilities of the Kuwaiti Lawyer:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
-Must be registered with the Kuwaiti Bar Association.
-At least 3 years of experience in corporate law or similar legal advisory roles.
-Strong understanding of Kuwaiti laws and legal procedures.
-Experience in drafting, negotiating and analyzing legal risk in documentation
-Ensure compliance with all applicable Kuwaiti laws and regulations.
-Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.
-Explain the law and give legal advice.
-Fluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken.
-Ready to join immediately.
-Kuwaiti National Only.
