Description

We are looking for Call Center Executives to join our team at Aswaq Al Qurain. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls and messages, providing excellent support, and ensuring customer retention by resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and messages promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a problem-solving approach.
Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work on customer retention by addressing concerns and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay updated with company policies, products, and services.

Requirements:
Must be Arab nationality with proficiency in English & Arabic.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Willingness to work 10-hour shifts as per company requirements.
