Description

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Client Management

Schedule regular visits to clients and maintain a structured sales calendar.

Provide product demonstrations and tastings for clients when required.

Address client queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge & Promotion

Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.

Educate clients and staff on product features, benefits, and usage.

Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales orders, and follow-ups.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and sales agreements.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
