Description

We are seeking an experienced External Audit Manager to lead and manage audit engagements across various industries. You will oversee audit teams, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and deliver exceptional client service while maintaining quality and efficiency,

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and complete external audit engagements for a range of clients.
Lead and coach audit teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor audit quality and ensure adherence to professional standards (IFRS, ISA, local GAAP).
Provide technical guidance and stay updated on changes in audit regulations and standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance audit efficiency and add value to client businesses.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent).
Minimum 5–7 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
