We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and digital transformation projects within enterprise, banking, or telecom environments.
🔹 Job Summary
The role involves managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, budget control, and successful delivery in line with business objectives.
🔹 Key Requirements
* 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Program Manager
* Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Enterprise IT
* Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery (Initiation → Go-Live)
* Strong stakeholder management with business and IT teams
* Experience with budget management (CAPEX / OPEX)
* Vendor and third-party management experience
* Knowledge of Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or Hybrid methodologies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills
🔹 Certifications (Preferred)
PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP
ITIL Certification
Agile / Lean / Six Sigma
🔹 Languages
English: Fluent
Arabic: Fluent / Native (Preferred)
French: Preferable
🔹 Work Details
Work Location: Kuwait
Duty: 8 Hours / 5 Days a Week
