Description

Urgently required Administrative Assistant (female) for immediate joining. Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, preparing quotes, and processing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of orders. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offers as per company requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, keeping track of deadlines and priorities to ensure timely completion of projects.



Preferred candidates from North India, staying in Fahaheel / Mangaf / Abu Halifa or nearby areas, visa article 18 or 22 - Immediate joining upon job confirmation.
