We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Franchise Executive

Support daily operational activities and coordination between franchisees and head office

Track assigned tasks and requests with franchisees and internal teams

Collect operational data and assist in preparing reports and summaries

Monitor basic compliance with operational checklists and brand guidelines

Handle routine communications and coordination with franchisees

Maintain organized records and documentation

Provide administrative support to the Franchise Management team

2️⃣ Finance Executive

Collect, organize, and track financial data from franchisees

Assist in preparing invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

Support preparation of periodic financial reports for management review

Ensure franchisees follow financial procedures and maintain proper documentation

3️⃣ Operations / Compliance Executive

Ensure franchisees operate in line with brand standards, operating manuals, legal requirements, and franchise agreements

Conduct regular compliance checks, audits, and reviews

Document findings and follow up on corrective actions within agreed timelines

Report operational issues and compliance status

4️⃣ Marketing Executive

Ensure franchisees follow brand and marketing guidelines

Collect marketing performance data and prepare summary reports

Assist in distributing and organizing marketing materials
