A well-established retail company is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to support showroom operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and management, solid inventory experience, and advanced Excel skills. Preference will be given to candidates of Asian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily showroom operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and prepare accurate sales and stock reports.

Manage inventory control, stock movement, and replenishment processes.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and inventory tracking.

Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.

Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, with a strong background in sales and management.

Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data analysis, stock monitoring).

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Strong organisational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates of Asian nationality.
