🚧 We’re Hiring: Senior Structural Engineer (Precast)

🔹 Your Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer (Precast), you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality precast concrete solutions for large-scale projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity, efficiency, and excellence from concept to execution.

🔹 What You’ll Do
Lead the design and analysis of precast concrete elements (walls, slabs, beams, columns, façades).
Develop efficient and cost-effective precast solutions aligned with project requirements.
Review and approve shop drawings and structural calculations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, production, and site teams.
Provide technical support during manufacturing, transportation, and erection.
Ensure compliance with international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode).
Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
10+ years of experience, including strong exposure to precast concrete projects.
Expertise in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Tekla).
Strong knowledge of precast systems, connections, and production processes.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
