Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on professional to manage full farm operations, including crop production, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance (trees, palms, and plantation areas).

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all farming activities: planting, irrigation, harvesting, shredding, and baling
• Supervise forage crops (Rhodes, Alfalfa, Blue Panic, etc.)
• Manage and maintain landscape areas (trees, palms, shrubs)
• Oversee irrigation systems (pivot, drip, sprinkler)
• Handle irrigation automation systems (e.g., Rain Bird or similar)
• Supervise pumps, pipelines, valves, and filtration systems
• Plan fertilization programs and manage soil and water quality (PPM)
• Supervise farm workers and contractors

Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in crop production and landscape management
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and automation
• Experience in hot climates / GCC preferred
• Hands-on and capable of managing full farm operations
