1. Sales & Marketing Specialist – Low Voltage Systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Data, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and close sales for ELV/Low Voltage solutions Conduct site visits, client meetings, and requirement analysis Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations Coordinate with engineering teams for design and execution Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.

2. Sales & Marketing Specialist – MEP Products Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell MEP-related products to contractors and project clients Identify new projects and develop a strong sales pipeline Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals Maintain relationships with consultants, suppliers, and key clients Follow up on inquiries, submissions, and approvals Support product positioning and market expansion strategies.

3. Business Development Manager/Executive – Logistics & Customs Services Key Responsibilities: Develop new clients for logistics, freight, and customs clearance services Build and manage relationships with importers/exporters and corporate clients Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Prepare service proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts Coordinate with operations for smooth shipment and clearance processes Monitor market rates, competitors, and industry trends.
