We’re Hiring: Sales Representative - (AC Spare parts)

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell AC & maintenance spare parts
• Demonstrate products in person and explain features, benefits, and usage
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Gather and report feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Plan daily customer visits efficiently to maximize sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Support counter sales operations when required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Experience in HVAC / AC spare parts or maintenance-related products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
