About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits.
Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local regulations.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Monitor PPE usage and safety compliance on-site.
Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation.
Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
Coordinate with management to improve workplace safety performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a Safety Officer role.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment techniques.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
