HR Officer


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **HR Officer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of **5 years of proven experience** in Human Resources, with strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and labor laws. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting organizational growth and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Administer employee attendance, leave, and performance management processes.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
* Coordinate training and development programs.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Support payroll processing by coordinating with the finance department.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **Minimum 5 years of experience** as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
* Experience in the construction, engineering, or contracting industry is preferred.
