Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Plastic Molding Machine & 3-Axis CNC Operator to operate and monitor plastic molding equipment and 3-axis CNC machinery. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, set up machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plastic molding machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines, molds, tools, and materials according to production requirements.
Operate 3-axis CNC machines for cutting, drilling, milling, and other machining operations.
Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
Perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic machine adjustments.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Identify and correct basic machine or production issues.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Follow safety procedures and company production standards.
Keep machines, tools, and the work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and production staff when required.


Requirements
Previous experience operating plastic molding machines.
Experience operating 3-axis CNC machines.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and basic troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of plastic molding processes and CNC machining.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills
Experience with different types of plastic materials and molds.
Knowledge of CNC software and machine controls.
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM is an advantage.
Experience with 5-axis machines is a plus.
Ability to perform basic maintenance and machine adjustments.
