Position: Supervisor
Location: Kuwait Industry: Delivery / Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage daily operations and staff activities.
•Monitor drivers/riders and ensure smooth delivery operations.
•Assign duties, routes, and daily tasks to team members.
•Follow up on attendance, performance, and productivity.
•Ensure deliveries are completed on time and according to company standards.
•Handle operational issues and coordinate with management for solutions.
•Monitor customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
•Prepare daily reports related to attendance, deliveries, and performance.
•Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed.
•Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments when required.
Requirements:
•Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Supervisor, preferaly in delivery, logistics, or food delivery.
•Experience managing drivers/riders is preferred.
•Good communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
•Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and delivery operations.
•Basic computer skills; experience with Odoo or delivery management systems is an advantage.
•Good English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
•Transferable Kuwait residency is preferred.
