Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our non-profit organization team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations or non-profit management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance
- Supervise staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Assist in seeking new opportunities for projects, initiatives, and programs aligned with the organization's objectives and stakeholder needs

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations or non-profit management
- Strong organizational, financial, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
