Key Responsibilities
* ERP & Systems: Oversee Odoo implementation, performance, data integrity, and user access control.
* Infrastructure: Manage hardware, networks, security, and backups to ensure zero downtime.
* Data & Insights: Develop Odoo/Power BI dashboards for Sales, Inventory, and Finance to support management decisions.
* Process Optimization: Audit workflows, identify inefficiencies, and configure system-based solutions to boost productivity.
* User Support: Provide daily technical assistance to cross-departmental teams.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Experience: 2–5 years in a dual IT Infrastructure & ERP role (Trading/Service background preferred).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo, data visualization (Power BI), and reporting.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for training non-technical users and an ownership-driven mindset.
