Description

We're looking for a results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple branches — owning sales performance, operational standards, profitability, and team development across the area.
What you'll do

Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned branches, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and customer experience
Drive branch sales targets and manage P&L: revenue, food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability
Lead, coach, and hold branch managers accountable to operational and financial KPIs
Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Municipality food safety and hygiene standards across all branches
Monitor inventory, procurement, and waste control to protect margins
Standardize SOPs, service flow, and brand standards across every location
Support new branch openings — setup, staffing, training, and launch readiness
Report performance, trends, and action plans to senior management

What we're looking for

5+ years in multi-branch restaurant operations, including 2+ years as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Manager (GCC experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record managing P&L, sales growth, and cost control across multiple locations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop branch teams
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and Kuwait Municipality requirements
Experience in QSR, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant environments
Valid transferable residency (Article 18) preferred, or willingness to relocate to Kuwait
Strong English or Arabic; both is a plus

Compensation

Competitive monthly salary based on experience 500-700
