Description

Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
2. Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
4. Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
5. Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and food wastage.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling, and operational costs.
6. Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
7. Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower allocation.
Coordinate effectively between kitchen, service, and management teams.
8. Monitor staff performance and conduct regular briefings and training.
9. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant standards.
10. Report operational issues, maintenance requirements, and daily performance to management.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
3. Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
5. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant standards.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to manage shifts, staff schedules, inventory, and daily operations.
9. Good understanding of sales, cost control, and basic restaurant financials.
10. Proficiency in English; Arabic speaking is manadatory.
