Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and training. This role supports daily HR operations and ensures a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in HR reports, analytics, and policy updates.
Organize training programs and employee development initiatives.
