We Are Hiring – HR Generalist

Location: Mahboula
Salary: 350 – 400 KD
Immediate Joiner Only
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Visa: Ahli or Small Project

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems in line with Kuwait labor regulations.
• Handle payroll, leave management, and benefits in compliance with Kuwaiti laws.
• Support visa processing, residency (Iqama), renewals, and other government-related HR tasks.
• Draft and implement HR policies aligned with Kuwait labor law.
• Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement programs.
• Oversee exit formalities, end-of-service benefits, and clearance procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce planning.
