Are you an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing salon and spa business. If you are passionate about financial excellence and business growth, we'd love to hear from you!

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all accounting and finance operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Oversee payroll processing, staff commissions, and vendor payments.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
Improve financial controls and operational efficiency across multiple salon and spa branches.

Requirements;-
Master's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage).
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Previous experience in the salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, or retail industry is highly advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The candidate should understand Arabic language
