We are hiring a fulltime senior leadership professional to establish and lead a new logistics and import/export department.

Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain operations.
*Experienced in freight operations, customs, and trade compliance.
*Strong business development background.
*Experience coordinating international shipments and global agents.
*Fluent in: English, Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi.
*Strong leadership and operational management skills.
*Experience building systems, workflows, and department structure.
*Proficient in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and related business tools.
*FMS/TMS knowledge.
